YOU MUST HAVE A WAIVER ON FILE IN ORDER TO PLAY AT OUR FIELD, THEY WILL BE KEPT ON FILE FOR ONE YEAR.

you can PRINT one at home AND COMPLETE to BRING WITH YOU your FIRST DAY OF PLAY, or we have our waivers readily available at the field as well if you cannot print one.

please note that any player under the age of 18 is required to have a legal guardian sign their waiver as well.
